Living Well

CHANGING THE SHAPE OF YOUR BODY IS NOT REALLY ABOUT YOUR BODY

You currently believe that the main reason you want to change your body is because you want to look at yourself in the mirror and feel like a hot sexy mumma… or pappa…?

#soznotsoz changing the shape of your body has nothing to do with the shape of your body. Life is just not about aesthetics and if you think it is you’re definitely kidding yourself.

Those models, celebrities, social media influences – you don’t know what’s going on in their life AND you definitely do not know what they may be doing to stay so small, or swole (body building term for big-ass muscley-YEAR ROUND peeps…) and in your eyes beautiful. Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

SO where does your self worth come from?

Human interaction? The emotional and mental status? Your body? Mum and Dad? Travelling? A good job? Money? How many “likes” you got on your last post?

Let me tell you now, your self worth derives from your physical and emotional environment not your body.

The physical is a by product of your head space, your choices and actions, the relationships you are having and if not the most important, your feelings ABOUT ALL THESE THINGS.

To create a better physical your internal environment must be improved! that is,

  • emotional
  • motivational
  • attitudes
  • beliefs
  • decisions and following through with them
  • relationships

To look your best you must feel your best.

You must be honest with yourself to move into a different place in your life. Which ultimately if you are not happy is what you must do.

Do better things

Have a better mindset

Embrace better behaviours

Heck, then we can finally live in a better body.

Do you typically fall into a pattern that sees to the same result every time and over it?

I know this will spark some light bulb moments about why you have been unable to change you just have to look deeper.
